Declan McEntee lined up for what proved to be a fast and aggressive race from the gun. Despite running into gear issues with two laps remaining, Declan dug deep in true fashion and held his place in the bunch all the way to the finish.

Dara McKenna hits the front at the John Haldane Memorial 2026

Barry Cassidy and Dara McKenna represented the club in this one. The pace was high from the outset, but both riders rode strongly throughout. Barry and Dara stuck in well, battled hard, and finished with a solid showing in a very fast race.
