Gorey 3-Day done and dusted. A tough weekend, tough roads, tough weather and very fast racing for Declan who finished up 42nd on the overall GC and 10th in the A3 classification.
Sunday's stage was very tough, loads of climbing all through the stage and a 4km climb to the finish. This was followed by a short hill - time trial on Sunday evening and another tough road stage on Monday. Great result for Declan up against all the top juniors and A2 riders.
