Large Emyvale CC turnout for the DB Cycling Club Sportive 2026

It was another fantastic weekend of cycling for Emyvale Cycling Club, with a strong club presence at the annual DB Cycling Club Sportive in Drung on Saturday, 18 July.
With both 50km and 100km routes available, members embraced the challenge on what proved to be a warm and sunny day in the saddle. Club riders tackled a variety of distances, with some opting for the 50km route, others completing the full 100km, and a number going the extra mile by cycling to the event, taking part in the sportive, and cycling home again.
As always, DB Cycling Club hosted a superbly organised event, with excellent hospitality, hot food after the ride, and live music creating a great atmosphere for participants and supporters alike. Well done guys!
A huge well done to all Emyvale CC members who took part and proudly represented the club. Their efforts continue to showcase the enthusiasm, commitment, and camaraderie that make the club so special.
