Tour of Louth 2026 – A Great Day on the Bike

Emyvale Cycling Club was well represented at the Tour of Louth on Sunday 31st May, with club members Fiona Gilliland, Mickey Mullen, and Adam Murray taking to the road for what proved to be a thoroughly enjoyable day of cycling.
The event, organised by Cuchulainn Cycling Club, featured new 50km and 100km routes and was widely regarded as a very well-run sportive. Conditions and organisation combined to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
Our riders were in great company throughout the day, sharing the roads with neighbouring club Killylough Cycling Club, which added to the social and community spirit of the occasion. Overall, it was a fantastic tour spin and a great day out representing the club.
