Richie McCrudden and John Watters travelled north to take part in the renowned Gravel of the Glen's, organised by Dunloy Cycling Club.

Widely regarded as one of the most challenging gravel events on the cycling calendar, the Gravel of the Glen's event offered riders an unforgettable day of adventure through the stunning Glens of Antrim.

Participants had a choice of two routes, each showcasing some of the area's most spectacular scenery, including the majestic Slieveanorra Forest and the iconic Glenariff
Waterfall.

Blessed with excellent weather conditions, riders enjoyed clear views of the breath-taking landscapes that make this event so popular among gravel cycling enthusiasts. The combination of challenging terrain, scenic surroundings, and a well-organised event made for a fantastic day on the bike.

Congratulations to Richie and John on completing this demanding event and representing Emyvale Cycling Club.
